Superior Equipment Repair Services is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Field Service Technician to join our growing team. If you're the type of mechanic who can diagnose and repair heavy equipment in the field with minimal supervision, we want to hear from you. You'll be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heavy equipment brands while providing exceptional service to our customers on job sites. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair heavy equipment at customer locations. Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs. Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, engine, drivetrain, and mechanical systems. Complete work orders and document repairs accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service truck. Provide excellent customer service while representing the company. Qualifications Experience repairing heavy construction equipment. Ability to diagnose hydraulic, electrical, diesel engine, and mechanical issues. Experience working on multiple equipment brands preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Current DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one). Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Pay & Benefits $30-$60 per hour depending on experience. Company work truck provided. Take-home truck (for qualified technicians).
