Job Description

Your day, optimized Step into the shop and start your shift with live machine data at your fingertips. You'll open our service platform to create, assign, and track work orders, monitor service intervals, and queue up parts so repairs move fast. With insight pulled from hundreds of makes and models in real time, you identify the root cause and plan the corrective action quickly—so you can work smarter, not harder. What you'll take on Always practice safe job practices while repairing equipment. Confidently use technology, including laptops and tablets, throughout your workflow. Independently maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems across a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools, using a high degree of judgment. Assist in the training of lower level technicians when needed. Maintain complete, daily paperwork and electronic documentation of all work performed (work orders). Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts. Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred). Grow with year-round, company-provided OEM training. Tackle other duties as assigned.
