What we are looking for:

Someone with mechanical experience willing to learn all ADAS Scanning and Calibration processes Comfortable utilizing all tools and equipment to return vehicle back to pre-accident condition Communicate all adjustments to management and team Stay up to date on latest ADAS vehicle enhancements Minimum of 5 years in a certified mechanical tech position or equivalent Dealership experience preferred, but not required ASE certification preferred, but not required Here are our non-negotiables: Maintain a Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm schedule Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds You must have a valid driver's license Teamwork and Communication skills Self-accountable and Integrity What's in it for you? $80K - $100K - Team commission pay plan Medical, Dental, Vision coverage, Life Insurance, and a Health Savings Account with a company contribution 401(k) with company match Paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick Time Internal training and Potential for Growth within the Company We'll keep your inquiry and our conversations confidential from your current employer, regardless of the outcome.
