```Job Overview``` We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. As Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment, including heavy construction equipment, other diesel engines, power tools, and automotive vehicles. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues. ```Duties```

• Inspect, maintain, and repair heavy construction equipment, i.e. Dozers, Excavators, Backhoes, Dump Trucks, Etc.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tire services
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
• Follow schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex issues
• Utilize power tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient equipment operation
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities ```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of heavy equipment systems
• Ability to suspend heavy equipment for inspection and repair
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
• Experience with power tools and specialized equipment used in equipment repair
• Familiarity with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) guidelines and specifications
• Knowledge of diesel engine repair, particularly Caterpillar engines
