In this role, you will assist experienced air compressor and blasting equipment mechanics in diagnosing, repairing, equipment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in air compressor and blasting equipment while working in a fast-paced environment. Your energetic approach and mechanical aptitude will contribute to keeping our fleet and equipment running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Support mechanics in performing repairs, diagnostics, and routine maintenance on air compressor and blasting equipmentair piping job Assist with the inspection and troubleshooting of mechanical systems. Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, and tractor Prepare work areas by organizing hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and safety gear for efficient workflow. Follow schematics and technical manuals to aid in assembly, disassembly, or repair tasks with precision. Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and inspection reports for accountability and future reference. Support safety protocols by adhering to all safety guidelines during equipment operation and maintenance activities. Qualifications Prior experience working is a plus. Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, or similar machinery is a plus. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for complex mechanical systems repair. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, , and diagnostic tools used in compressor and blast equipment nowledge Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during assembly or repairs.
