You will utilize advanced diagnostic technology to perform complex repairs, ensuring that our machinery meets the highest standards of performance and safety for our clients. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair intricate hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems across a diverse fleet of heavy machinery. Leverage digital diagnostic tools and tablet-based software to streamline work order management and service documentation. Execute preventative maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and extend the operational life of the fleet. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex mechanical challenges and provide technical guidance to junior staff. Maintain accurate digital records of all repairs and service activities to ensure compliance and fleet visibility. Coordinate the logistics of equipment and parts to ensure timely project completion. Adhere to rigorous safety protocols and industry standards during all maintenance and repair operations. Required Skills Advanced mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in heavy equipment repair. Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex hydraulic and electrical schematics. Ability to operate digital diagnostic software and mobile hardware. Ownership of personal tools required for heavy equipment maintenance. Strong communication skills and a commitment to collaborative teamwork. Preferred Skills Completion of a trade school certification or equivalent technical training. Prior experience in field service or high-volume equipment maintenance environments. Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices.
