What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of professional mechanic experience Verifiable work history and strong mechanical knowledge Experience with trucks, trailers, small engines, and commercial equipment Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues Welding and fabrication skills Strong creative problem-solving abilities Excellent organization and time-management skills Ability to plan ahead and ensure equipment is ready for seasonal demands A Type-A personality and military mindset are a plus Responsibilities Maintain and repair company trucks, trailers, tractors, mowers, and small-engine equipment Truck and trailer wiring repairs Snowplow and snow equipment repairs Basic truck maintenance and mechanical repairs Welding and fabrication Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal equipment preparation Keep accurate maintenance and repair records using shop software Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment Compensation & Benefits $22-$30 per hour , depending on experience and demonstrated skills.
