Job Description
Fleet & Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Keep Essential Equipment Running Pay Rate:
$27- $30/hour, based on experience
Schedule:
Monday- Friday Days (Shift work may be required)

Temp-to-Hire Are you an experienced mechanic or have completed military occupational training in a related field? We're hiring a Fleet & Heavy Equipment Mechanic for an opening with our client in Masardis, ME. Join a well-established operation where you'll work on a diverse fleet of trucks and heavy equipment essential to daily operations. This position pays $27.00- $30.
Typical daily duties:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on equipment and vehicles
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on fleet trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
- Complete and maintain maintenance records using a computerized work order system What we're looking for:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Heavy Duty Service Technician, Diesel Mechanic, or Heavy Equipment Mechanic
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment and fleet vehicles
