Fleet & Heavy Equipment Mechanic
  • Keep Essential Equipment Running Pay Rate:
    $27
  • $30/hour, based on experience
Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday Days (Shift work may be required)

We're hiring a Fleet & Heavy Equipment Mechanic for an opening with our client in Masardis, ME. Join a well-established operation where you'll work on a diverse fleet of trucks and heavy equipment essential to daily operations. This position pays $27.00
  • $30.
00/hour based on experience and is temp-to-hire . This is a hands-on mechanical role offering the opportunity to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide variety of equipment including excavators, loaders, road graders, dump trucks, log trucks, trailers, and fleet vehicles. Typical daily duties:
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on equipment and vehicles
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on fleet trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
  • Complete and maintain maintenance records using a computerized work order system What we're looking for:
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Heavy Duty Service Technician, Diesel Mechanic, or Heavy Equipment Mechanic
  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment and fleet vehicles
