About the Role Join our dynamic production team as a Mechanical Systems Technician, where you will play a vital role in constructing high-performance industrial machinery. You will leverage your technical expertise to transform complex blueprints into functional equipment, ensuring every unit meets our rigorous standards for reliability and precision. Responsibilities Interpret technical blueprints and schematics to execute the precise assembly of heavy-duty mechanical systems. Drive operational efficiency by diagnosing and resolving performance issues within hydraulic, pneumatic, and motor-driven components. Conduct comprehensive functional testing on finished assemblies to guarantee peak operational output. Maintain high-quality standards by performing meticulous inspections throughout the build process. Collaborate with engineering teams to refine assembly workflows and improve overall equipment reliability. Uphold a safe and organized workspace, ensuring all maintenance and repair tasks adhere to industry best practices. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent certification. Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly or skilled equipment maintenance. Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systems, including gearboxes and motors. Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and assembly instructions. Preferred Skills Direct experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Background in automotive repair or similar electromechanical fields. Demonstrated aptitude for equipment maintenance and proactive problem-solving. Familiarity with precision hand tools and diagnostic testing equipment.
