We're looking for an A-Level Service Technician who thrives on solving complex problems with advanced expertise in electrical systems, hydraulics, and diagnostics to join our team in the agricultural equipment industry. Position Overview As an A-Level Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing modern agricultural equipment with a strong focus on Accuracy and Efficiency. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional who can independently handle complex service issues and support shop productivity. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair advanced electrical systems , including CAN bus networks, sensors, controllers, and precision ag technology Troubleshoot and service hydraulic systems , including load-sensing, high-pressure, and electro-hydraulic controls Perform in-depth diagnostics using OEM software and tools Lead complex repair jobs from start to finish with minimal supervision Mentor and assist B- and C-level technicians Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, and parts usage Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency Qualifications 5+ years of experience in agricultural, heavy equipment, or diesel service Proven expertise in electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to interpret schematics and fault codes Experience with OEM diagnostic software (e.g., CNH, John Deere, AGCO, etc.) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid driver's license; CDL a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly wage (based on experience and skill level) Performance-based bonuses Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, retirement) Ongoing factory and advanced technical training Clean, well-equipped shop with modern diagnostic tools Opportunities for career advancement
