Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of equipment, Semis , Trailers and vehicles. This position requires expertise in electrical systems, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication.Duties:
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on a variety of equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles, farm machinery, and industrial equipment
- Fabricate parts as needed to ensure proper functioning of machinery
- Align and adjust equipment components to manufacturer specifications
- Operate heavy equipment such as tractor-trailers with precision and care
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanic working with a variety of machinery
- Proficiency in electrical systems troubleshooting and repair
- Ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and procedures
- Familiarity with industrial equipment maintenance and repair
