What You'll Learn and Do:

Operate crushers, screens, loaders, excavators, skid steers, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance on crushing and screening equipment Learn to diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and conveyor system issues Help with crusher setup, tear-down, and moving equipment between job sites Monitor production and learn how to adjust the plant for better performance Keep a safe, clean, and organized work area Complete daily maintenance and production reports Follow all company safety policies and

OSHA/MSHA

regulations Work alongside the crew to hit production goals and keep customers happy

What We're Looking For:

A strong work ethic and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done right Someone who is eager to learn, takes coaching well, and is open to doing things our way

Reliable:

you show up on time, every time Someone looking for a long-term home, not just a paycheck Mechanical interest or aptitude (working on your own truck, equipment, or small engines counts) Ability to do physically demanding work outdoors in all seasons Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel to job sites as needed Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends during busy periods

A Plus, But Not Required:

Experience running heavy equipment or crushing/screening plants Diesel, heavy equipment, or aggregate mechanic experience Welding and fabrication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish)

CDL MSHA

certification (we'll help you get it if you don't have it)
