Overview Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Oiler with a
CDL A HAZMAT
certification and become a vital part of our operations! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and lubricating heavy equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety across our fleet and industrial machinery. Your mechanical expertise and proactive approach will keep our operations running smoothly, supporting our commitment to excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse machinery, including trucks, forklifts, excavators, cranes, and farm equipment, all while adhering to safety standards and environmental regulations. Responsibilities Perform routine lubrication, oil changes, and fluid checks on heavy trucks, industrial equipment, and farm machinery to prevent wear and tear. Conduct inspections of mechanical systems including transmissions, hydraulics, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and electrical systems to identify issues early. Assist with basic repairs using hand tools and power tools; support more complex repairs under supervision or as directed by mechanics. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, fluid levels, and repair logs in compliance with safety standards. Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, excavators, cranes, and tractor-trailers safely and efficiently during maintenance tasks. Follow schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting mechanical systems; utilize diagnostic tools for automotive electrical system repair. Support the team by performing general maintenance duties including tire service, welding, equipment repair, and vehicle systems checks to ensure operational readiness. Experience 3+ years of experience as a maintenance oiler 5+ years with a CDL A with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements Proven experience working with heavy equipment mechanics or vehicle maintenance in a dealership or industrial setting. Experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, or farm equipment is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during maintenance procedures. Prior service technician experience with a focus on vehicle mechanics for truck drivers or industrial equipment is preferred. Pay:
$30.00 - $39.00 per hour
