Lead Mechanic -Equipment What you can expect- Competitive pay based on experience

- Training programs What you will do
- Travel in the field and jobsites and work in the shop as needed (CDL a plus)
- Plans work procedures (Scheduling) and/or possible solutions such as parts, PM service in conjunction with Equipment Manager
- Trouble shoot and maintain all types of heavy equipment including dump trucks, pavers, reclaim and milling machines, loaders, graders, dozers, pavers and rollers.
- Examines equipment and discusses with superintendent, operator, or project manager the nature and extent of damage or malfunction
- Ensure engagement of equipment team in all safety best practices, ensure compliance with all company policies and safety rules. Conduct safety training and toolbox talks
- Work closely with all equipment manufactures to keep up with new technology Benefits
