CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT MECHANIC

for our Albuquerque, NM location.

OBJECTIVE

This position diagnoses and repairs rental equipment to insure complete customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze malfunctions and repair all types of equipment as required to ensure proper working condition for the customer Diagnose complex mechanical equipment problems Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid unnecessary repairs and down time Perform safety inspections on equipment Create work order and assess time and cost of repairs Maintains a clean and safe shop work environment Adhere to all governmental, company and equipment related safety requirements Qualified candidates will have: A minimum of 2-5 years experience in diagnosing and repairing heavy construction equipment Experience with electric over hydraulic controls, electric, gas and diesel machinery Rental experience preferred Good reading and comprehension skills Good customer service and communication skill The ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds Must have your own tools Have a valid driver's license and clean
