Job Description
Mechanical Equipment Technician
Overtime opportunities availableAll approved travel expenses coveredPer diem provided while traveling
Diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment issues and perform major repairs.
Dismantle, rebuild, and reassemble equipment as needed.
Conduct preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and low-voltage quality control checks.
Prepare rental equipment, including generators, AC/DC load banks, transformers, cables, and trailers.
Operate hand tools, power tools, metering equipment, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other shop equipment.
Fabricate parts and equipment to meet shop and customer needs.
Accurately complete repair documentation and estimate repair time and costs.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsHigh school diploma or GED preferredMust be at least 23 years oldValid driver's license requiredClean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requiredReliable transportation requiredMotivated candidates who want to expand their skills and learn specialized equipment are encouraged to apply!

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on generators, load banks, power distribution equipment, transformers, and low-voltage cables.Diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment issues and perform major repairs.
Dismantle, rebuild, and reassemble equipment as needed.
Conduct preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and low-voltage quality control checks.
Prepare rental equipment, including generators, AC/DC load banks, transformers, cables, and trailers.

Qualifications:
Mechanical, electrical, diesel, industrial maintenance, generator, or equipment repair experience is highly desirableTrade school graduates are encouraged to apply!Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsHigh school diploma or GED preferredMust be at least 23 years oldValid driver's license requiredClean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requiredReliable transportation requiredMotivated candidates who want to expand their skills and learn specialized equipment are encouraged to apply!

Full-time, Monday-Friday7:30 AM- 4:30 PMOvertime availableFirst 3 weeks consist of hands-on training in the shop.
