This is a fast-paced, field-based position where you'll use your diagnostic expertise across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to keep our customers' operations moving. Why you'll love it here: Pay $21/hr to $36/hr based on experience Sign on bonus of $3,000 Company vehicle provided (Take-home service truck) No weekends & flexible daily field scheduling (first shift) Full benefits package: PTO, medical, dental, vision, & retirement What you'll do: Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize customer downtime Hit the road to various customer sites—every day brings a different machine and a new challenge Ensure all equipment is safe, compliant, and up to solid operating standards Log your service work accurately and communicate clearly with the branch dispatch team What you'll need: 2+ years of hands-on experience repairing forklifts or heavy equipment (electric, propane, and diesel) Strong diagnostic instincts and a safety-first mindset on the job Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the company truck Get to know us: Fraza and Vitan Equipment is a full-service material handling business with over 300 skilled employees across Michigan and the East Coast.
