- Multiple Construction & Environmental Positions Tradeco Construction is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our growing team. We have immediate openings throughout Western New York State for skilled professionals in demolition, environmental remediation, heavy equipment maintenance, warehouse operations, and material delivery. Open Positions Experienced Demolition Heavy Equipment Operator /

Mechanic Responsibilities:

Operate excavators, loaders, skid steers, and other demolition equipment safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment. Assist with demolition activities and site preparation. Conduct equipment inspections and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of demolition equipment operating experience. Mechanical repair and maintenance experience preferred. Valid driver's license required. CDL preferred. Experienced Heavy Equipment /

Diesel Mechanic Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy construction equipment, trucks, and diesel engines. Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections. Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Requirements:

Previous heavy equipment and diesel mechanic experience. Strong troubleshooting and repair skills. CDL preferred but not required.

Demolition Laborer Responsibilities:

Perform general demolition labor and site cleanup. Assist operators and foremen with project activities. Load and unload materials and equipment. Follow all jobsite safety procedures.

Requirements:

Construction or demolition experience preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding work. Reliable transportation. Asbestos Abatement /

Hazardous Material Laborer Responsibilities:

Perform asbestos and hazardous material removal activities. Set up containment areas and follow remediation procedures. Maintain compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

Current asbestos certification preferred. Hazardous material remediation experience preferred. Willingness to work in various environmental conditions. Warehouse Worker /

Material & Equipment Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

Receive, organize, and distribute materials and equipment. Load and unload deliveries. Deliver materials and equipment to project sites. Maintain warehouse organization and inventory.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license required. Forklift experience preferred. CDL is a plus. Pay:

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
