This position is essential to ensure the operational efficiency and reliability of our machinery, which supports the core operations of our business across North America. As part of the HeidelbergCement Group, we uphold high standards of service and quality, ensuring that our equipment meets the stringent demands of the construction industry. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on mobile construction equipment, including excavators, loaders, and mixers Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults Replace defective parts and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal working condition Coordinate with the equipment management team to schedule repairs and maintenance Keep accurate records of all maintenance work Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures at all times Provide recommendations for improving equipment performance and reliability Required Skills Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills
