What You'll Do Set up and tear down CNC equipment in coordination with the rebuild team. Sustain a spotless, well‑organized floor and benches. Assist with routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machinery. Move, stage, and store parts and tools responsibly and safely. Tackle straightforward assembly/disassembly assignments. Track inventory, supplies, and materials; help with counts and restocking. Follow established safety rules and promote a safe workspace. Offer ideas and teamwork to improve flow and efficiency. What You'll Bring High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in manufacturing or a CNC shop is a plus. Detail‑oriented; follows directions accurately.
