Maintain accurate, real-time electronic documentation of all service activities and work orders. Mentor junior technicians to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Ensure all maintenance tasks adhere to rigorous safety standards and environmental protocols. Coordinate with logistics teams to facilitate the efficient transport of parts and equipment. Qualifications Required Skills Advanced mechanical aptitude with a deep understanding of schematics, diagrams, and complex systems. Ownership of professional-grade tools necessary for heavy equipment repair. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues across diesel, hydraulic, and electrical platforms. Strong communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and maintaining mobility in a shop environment.
