Responsibilities Perform expert-level maintenance and complex repairs on diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical circuits. Utilize digital diagnostic tools and tablets to accurately document service history and track machine health. Travel to customer job sites to provide rapid-response repairs, ensuring minimal downtime for critical operations. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians to elevate team performance. Manage parts procurement and inventory to ensure efficient service delivery. Maintain a professional, organized service vehicle to uphold safety and operational standards. Adhere to rigorous safety protocols and environmental regulations during all repair processes. Required Skills Advanced mechanical aptitude with extensive experience in heavy equipment repair. Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex technical schematics and electrical diagrams. Strong communication skills to provide exceptional service to customers and team members. Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in various field environments. Ownership of personal tools required for heavy equipment maintenance.
