Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all residential spaces. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures following established safety guidelines to ensure hygienic environments. Operate various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and other janitorial tools efficiently. Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items for clients. Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work to access hard-to-reach areas or perform deep cleaning routines. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Maintain accurate records of completed tasks, supplies used, and any issues encountered during service. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures. Knowledge of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper handling techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness. Skilled in floor cleaning techniques including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet extraction. Ability to perform outdoor work such as patio or yard cleanup when required. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple properties. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs and expectations. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking during shifts. Requires IVR, Time Stamp Photos, Tech and Equipment Savy.
