Job Description

United Talent Staffing is hiring an experienced Equipment Mechanic for a reputable company In Prosperity, PA specializing in agricultural, turf, and outdoor power equipment. This is a full-time, weekday opportunity for a hands-on mechanic who enjoys diagnosing problems, completing quality repairs, and working on a wide variety of equipment. You will service equipment ranging from zero-turn mowers and small engines to tractors, utility vehicles, and side-by-sides. Pay & Schedule:
$30/HR Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
What You'll Do:
Diagnose, maintain, and repair tractors, zero-turn mowers, utility vehicles, side-by-sides, small engines, and related equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel-related issues. Complete inspections and preventive maintenance to keep equipment safe and dependable. Use service manuals, schematics, and work orders to identify and complete repairs. Document completed work and maintain accurate service records. Keep tools and the work area clean, organized, and safe. Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
What We're Looking For:
Previous hands-on mechanic, equipment technician, small-engine, diesel, automotive, or related repair experience. Strong mechanical aptitude with practical diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, or agricultural equipment is preferred. Ability to work independently while also supporting the service team. Dependable attendance, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset. High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods. Basic hand tools required; specialty tools may be provided as needed.
