Job Description:
We are currently looking for a qualified Field Mechanic to join our team, focusing on the maintenance and repair of overhead utility bucket trucks and other vehicles within our fleet. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background, relevant certifications, and the ability to work independently in diverse field conditions.Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct routine maintenance and thorough inspections on overhead utility bucket trucks and other vehicles. 2. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to vehicle performance and safety. 4. Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance activities. 5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. 6. Respond to service calls and provide on-site repairs as necessary. 7. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely project completion. 8. Keep tools and equipment organized and in proper working condition.Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in automotive or diesel mechanics preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair, particularly with utility vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
- Relevant hydraulic and diesel certifications are required.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and travel to job sites as required.
Working Conditions:
- This is a field-based position that involves travel to various job sites.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
