Work alongside colleagues to ensure all assignments are finished in a timely and productive manner. Keep precise documentation regarding all service history, maintenance logs, and component stock levels. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all established shop safety guidelines. Ensure client satisfaction by offering clear explanations regarding the status of their equipment repairs. Required Skills and Experience Completion of secondary education is required; a formal technical credential in motor mechanics is highly desirable. Demonstrated history of success in a Motor Technician position or a comparable technical role. Comprehensive understanding of mechanical repair, electrical parts, and motor system operations. Proficiency in analyzing and applying information from technical schematics and service manuals. Strong analytical capabilities and a meticulous approach to identifying and solving problems. Foster a collaborative atmosphere by communicating effectively with coworkers on a daily basis. Possession of a current driver's license along with a satisfactory driving history.
