Duties & Responsibilities Maintains assigned equipment in accordance with operating specifications. Routinely welds, paints and refurbishes equipment. Conducts mechanical inspections. May use moderately complex diagnostic equipment. Handles special projects, as assigned. Skills/Knowledge Knowledge of mechanical operating procedures and processes. Good analytical and mechanical skills. Ability to deal with uncertainty. Ability to work with power tools, pay attention to detail and abide by safety rules. Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of relevant experience Mechanic certification preferred. This is a safety sensitive position.
