(Monday•Friday) 7 AM•3 :30 PM (Schedule may vary based on site conditions & project requirements) Position Summary We are seeking a Field Technician (Independent Contractor) to assist with the assembly and inspection of BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) battery modules on a fast-paced manufacturing line.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Oversight:

Acting as the "final word" on complex troubleshooting, interpreting intricate schematics, and ensuring all work meets NEC (National Electrical Code) or local standards.

Team Supervision:

Assigning daily tasks to journeymen and apprentices, monitoring progress, and providing on-the-job training.

Safety Leadership:

Enforcing LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures and ensuring the team is using proper PPE. You are the primary guardian against arc flash and other workplace hazards.

Project Coordination:

Interfacing with project managers or clients to report on milestones, managing material inventory, and estimating labor hours. Nice to

Must possess a valid Driver's License and Social Security Card . Must pass all screening steps, including E-Verify/I-9 verification, Drug Test, and Background Check.
