We are seeking a skilled Forklift/MHE Mechanic to perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on electric and LP forklifts and other material handling equipment at our Garland, TX location. What You'll Do Perform maintenance and repairs on forklifts and other MHE (electric stand-up, reach trucks, pallet jacks, etc.) Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues Complete preventive maintenance (PM) and safety inspections according to standards Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and work orders Communicate equipment status and repair recommendations to leadership and/or customers Safely operate service tools, diagnostic equipment, and follow all OSHA and site safety procedures Represent the company in a professional, customer-focused manner at all times What You Bring 2+ years of mechanical repair experience (forklifts, heavy equipment, diesel, automotive, AG, or similar acceptable) Strong knowledge of hydraulics, LP, electrical systems, and diagnostics Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, schematics, and parts diagrams Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and safely operate lift trucks. Valid driver's license; ability to travel locally as needed Own hand tools Safety-first mindset and strong communication skills Ability to lift, carry, push up to 50 pounds.
