Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Repair:
Perform complex repairs and routine servicing on a variety of company-owned and customer-facing heavy industrial equipment.System Diagnostics:
Utilize extensive knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine systems to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.Safety & Compliance:
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and department policies to ensure a zero-accident work environment.Field Operations:
Complete daily site activities, including work orders, timekeeping, and detailed maintenance record-keeping.Parts Coordination:
Collaborate with Purchasing and Parts departments to identify and source necessary components for equipment uptime.
Logistics:
Monitor and maintain inventory of company-owned assets, tools, and specialized equipment.Working Conditions:
Outdoor Environment:
Ability to work comfortably in various weather elements (heat, cold, rain, etc.) within a large-scale industrial yard.Height Requirements:
Must be comfortable working at heights of up to 80 feet using man baskets or aerial lifts.
Availability:
Must be willing to work overtime as assigned and participate in a standard On-Call rotation to support customer needs.What We Offer:

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of maintenance and repair experience, specifically with 2+ years focused on heavy equipment (e.g., steel mill machinery, large-scale hydraulics, or similar "yellow iron").Technical Proficiency:
Extensive expertise in hydraulic systems, electrical diagnostics, and various OEM platforms.Physical Ability:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain mobile throughout a full shift.Administrative Skills:
Intermediate computer skills and a high level of detail in record-keeping and maintenance documentation.
