Job Description

Heavyquip continues being the industry leader for aftermarket equipment parts representing the world's leading manufacturer of undercarriage and repair parts for heavy construction and earth moving equipment. Experience as a heavy equipment mechanic in diagnostics, repair and servicing construction equipmentpreferred. Responsibilities Rebuild, replace, or repair major vehicle components, assemblies, and systems including engines. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot fuel systems, electrical systems, hydraulic systems and propane systems Conduct oil changes, lubrication of equipment, tire replacements, hose repairs, battery replacements and assorted services Recondition and replace assorted parts of the heavy equipment Diagnoses problem areas for any significant wear or tear on the equipment Qualifications High School Diploma, or a GED Mechanical experience with heavy equipment bulldozers and excavators. Strong working knowledge of hydraulics, power train and electrical systems.
