Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Refinishing Technician to join our dynamic tub repair and refinishing team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring bathtub and shower pans surfaces to their original condition through expert refinishing techniques. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about surface refinishing with a focus on precision, efficiency, and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Take Before and After pictures. Prepare , mask and protect job sites. Strip, repair, sand, and refinish surfaces. Apply coatings using professional spray equipment. Inspect every project for quality before leaving. Maintain tools, equipment, and company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols including proper respiratory protection when handling paints and chemicals. Educate customers on care instructions and request reviews. Requirements Must be eligible to work in the US and willing to sign a W9 form. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Excellent attention to detail and work ethic. Hands-on experience with buffing, polishing, and detailing techniques to achieve high-quality finishes. Skilled in operating spray guns (including auto or interior painting), sanders, and other power tools safely. Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary and work efficiently in physically demanding environments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Refinishing or other HVLP spray finishing experience preferred.
