Seeking a Compressor/Engine Technician to support operations and maintenance of compressor and engine systems. This position requires hands-on technical expertise with various engine and compressor equipment. Ideal candidates will have less than 10 years of experience and a strong mechanical background with specific engine and compressor platforms.

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on engine and compressor systems Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs Respond to equipment failures and emergency callouts Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with regulations Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding equipment status Support commissioning and start-up activities as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

Required:

Caterpillar Engine experience

Highly Preferred:

Waukesha Engine experience Aerial Compressor experience

Experience Level:

Less than 10 years of experience

Additional Qualifications:

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams Valid driver's license Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call rotation as needed Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions
