We are looking for a reliable Equipment Operator and Delivery Hand to support our lakefront construction crews. This position is responsible for operating equipment, organizing and loading construction materials, delivering materials to jobsites, and helping maintain company vehicles and equipment. We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience. Mechanical experience is important because this position will handle routine maintenance and minor equipment repairs.

Must have hands-on experience operating skid steers and excavators. We're looking for someone who can run equipment, make deliveries, move materials, do physical labor, and help wherever needed. Responsibilities Load, secure, transport, and unload construction materials and equipment Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to jobsites Operate forklifts, skid steers, trailers, and other company equipment Organize materials and maintain an orderly shop and yard Inspect vehicles, trailers, and equipment before use Perform routine maintenance and minor mechanical repairs Track materials being delivered to and returned from jobsites Help prepare material orders for upcoming projects Follow all company safety procedures and load-securing requirements Communicate with project managers and field crews regarding deliveries Assist with general shop, yard, and jobsite duties when needed Minimum Requirements At least two years of relevant work experience Mechanical experience with vehicles, trailers, construction equipment, or small engines Experience operating equipment and handling construction materials Valid driver's license Ability to safely drive while pulling trailers Ability to lift and move construction materials Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to work independently and follow instructions Strong awareness of safety and proper equipment operation Preferred Qualifications Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Forklift or heavy-equipment operating experience Experience with skid steers, excavators, or similar equipment Construction, warehouse, delivery, or equipment-yard experience Experience performing preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs Familiarity with load securement and trailer safety This is a hands-on position for someone who can work without constant supervision and understands the importance of getting the correct materials to the jobsite safely and on time. Pay will be between $20 and $25 per hour depending on experience, mechanical ability, equipment operating experience, and CDL qualifications.
