Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance for our customers. This is a dynamic role that requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Duties Include:

Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer job sites Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and coordinate solutions Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including service reports and inventory records Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site

Experience:
