The Opportunity We are seeking a Web Sales Associate, also known internally as an Inside Sales Representative

• Ecommerce, with strong experience working with an E-Commerce sales platform to help organize and coordinate online sales for the organization.

Do you have customer service experience to go with your strong problem-solving and organizational skills? Are you experienced with different Point of Sale software applications, Excel, and Outlook? You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a company that is rapidly expanding its E-Commerce business activities. Required Experience A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing quotes and order types of sales and customers in an Industrial supply environment. Previous experience working with an online sales platform (CRM). Accurately and efficiently working with technology (computers and software applications) Email management: high-volume inbox management and regular communications. Managing a high-activity environment with a lot 'coming at you' all day without becoming overwhelmed. Relentless attention to detail with a strong track record of order accuracy Proficient in navigating computer operating systems with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Compensation $17/ per hour Quarterly Bonus Program

• Bonus rate is based on 35 hours times your hourly rate of pay. It can be more or less than $560 per quarter depending on the calculation of the company performance factors. Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k)
