Entry Level Mechanic- Heavy Equipment & Fleet Support Straight Stripe Painting If you're ready to learn, work hard, and help keep a fleet of heavy equipment running strong, Straight Stripe Painting, Inc. wants you on our team. Most of your work will be in our shop, but you'll also handle off-site services when equipment needs attention in the field. Daily Responsibilities Basic services will be working on street sweepers, Peterbilt trucks, Dodge Trucks, and other construction equipment Equipment oil changes, safety inspections, electrical and hydraulic diagnosis Assisting lead mechanics with repairs and troubleshooting Using forklifts to unload materials, parts, and shop deliveries Organizing tools, parts, and equipment Clean and organize shop area daily Following strict safety procedures in the shop and on job sites Work Hours M-F 9:30AM-6PM Overtime and Weekend work if required You're a Great Fit if You're Mechanically inclined and ready to grow You can operate a forklift You own Basic tools and know how to use them You show up on time and work well with a crew CDL is encouraged. Straight Stripe will help you obtain your CDL if interested.
