About Us Capitol Core Facility Services is a growing facilities services company supporting commercial properties, data centers, government facilities, schools, and other critical environments throughout Northern Virginia. Position Overview Cleaning Technicians support a variety of projects across Northern Virginia. Work may include post-construction cleaning, commercial janitorial services, data center support, and specialty facility cleaning. Project assignments will vary based on company growth and client needs. Responsibilities Perform detailed post-construction cleaning for newly completed facilities Clean commercial offices, schools, government buildings, and common areas Remove dust, debris, construction residue, and other materials following project completion Vacuum, mop, sanitize, and maintain interior spaces to client specifications Follow site-specific safety procedures and client requirements Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies Identify and report facility issues, safety concerns, or quality deficiencies Represent Capitol Core professionally while on client sites Deliver exceptional attention to detail and quality workmanship Required Qualifications Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to travel throughout Loudoun and Fairfax Counties Ability to pass a background check Authorized to work in the United States Ability to lift 40 pounds and perform physical work throughout a shift Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and within a team environment Professional communication skills English proficiency required Preferred Qualifications Commercial cleaning experience Post-construction cleaning experience Janitorial or custodial experience Experience working in schools, government facilities, healthcare facilities, or office environments Data center or critical environment experience Floor care experience Bilingual English/Spanish Who Succeeds at Capitol Core?
