Volkswagen Technician Pay Range:

$60,000 - $213,000 annually, depending on experience Checkered Flag Automotive Group is looking for a Volkswagen Technician to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA! What We Offer ✓ We offer a generous pay plan with aggressive production tiers ✓ Highly trained Service Advisors and back counter Parts people to help you be efficient ✓ Climate Controlled shop ✓ Opportunity for 60+ hours per week ✓ Yearly retention bonus paid right before the holidays ✓ 70% customer pay work with a 1.9X warranty to customer pay conversion rate ✓ Average 2.3 hours per RO ✓ Weekly cash spiffs ✓ Clean, organized and cataloged special tool room to ensure you spend less time looking for a tool and more time turning hours ✓ Paid Factory Training ✓ 5-day work week with a day off when working Saturday Your Pre-Qualifications 2 years of Volkswagen or European car experience preferred State Inspection License (Or the ability to obtain one) Must provide and maintain your own tools High school diploma or equivalent Must have a valid driver's license with 3 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years o Major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving, will disqualify candidates.
