Job Description

Wood's CRW Corp., a second generation owned Construction Equipment Distributor, is seeking a qualified, experienced Equipment Service Technician to join our product support team servicing equipment at our Williston, VT location. Our Service Technicians perform the necessary troubleshooting, service, maintenance, and repairs on various crane and earthmoving heavy construction equipment. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair crane and earthmoving equipment Read and interpret technical manuals, hydraulic schematics, and electrical diagrams Travel to customer job sites for field service and emergency repairs as needed Complete work orders, service reports, and parts documentation accurately Communicate with customers and internal staff on job status and findings Maintain a clean, safe work environment What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy construction maintenance and repair Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on diagnostic skills Ability to read technical manuals, hydraulic schematics, and electrical diagrams Valid driver's license Your own basic tools Compensation & Benefits $25-$35/hr depending on experience Medical insurance upon hire Paid holidays, vacation & sick time OEM factory training & manufacturer certifications Short-term disability insurance 401(k) with profit sharing Applicants offered a position with CRW are required to submit to a job-related pre-employment physical examination and a background check.
