Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Appliance Technician to join our dynamic field service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive top-quality service and reliable solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration knowledge while delivering exceptional customer care. You will also be responsible for safely transporting equipment and parts using a company truck, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities Diagnose appliance issues accurately using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools Perform repairs on various appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, with precision and attention to detail Interpret electrical diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems Assemble or disassemble appliances for repair or replacement parts as needed Conduct routine maintenance to prevent future breakdowns and extend appliance lifespan Safely operate a company van Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and addressing customer questions professionally Maintain detailed service reports, repair logs, and inventory records for all completed work Follow safety protocols diligently during all field service activities to ensure personal and customer safety Experience Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician with a strong mechanical background Familiarity with schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and refrigeration systems Hands-on experience with equipment repair including household appliances Delivery driver experience using box trucks or similar vehicles is preferred Knowledge of assembly processes for appliances or related equipment is advantageous Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills Basic electrical experience combined with mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot diverse issues effectively Field service experience working independently in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable Join us to become part of a dedicated team committed to delivering reliable appliance solutions while advancing your technical skills in a fast-paced environment!

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
