Position Details Starting Pay:

$18.00/hour

Training Period:

Approximately 6 months as an Appliance Service Helper During training, you will work alongside experienced technicians and learn appliance troubleshooting, repair, tools, parts, and customer service. After approximately 6 months, performance and aptitude will be evaluated to determine whether you continue as a Helper or advance into a Technician role. Technicians are paid on a commission-based compensation structure . A successful technician can have the opportunity to earn approximately $75,000 during their first full year as a technician , based on performance and workload. Why Join Us?
