replit.app (Copy & Paste link for more details) Uniforms and specialty tools Smartphone and service app for job management What You'll Do Travel to customers' homes to diagnose and repair appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves) Deliver exceptional customer service and build trust with homeowners Recommend solutions to improve appliance performance and longevity Maintain an organized service vehicle and manage parts inventory Complete service calls efficiently and accurately What You Bring High school diploma or GED EPA Type I or Universal Certification (preferred/required) 1-2 years of appliance repair or related mechanical experience (preferred not required) Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to use a smartphone for scheduling and parts ordering Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Physical & Work Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally) Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime Travel up to 75%+ (local daily routes) Location Service area includes Jackson, MI (49203) and surrounding regions Apply Today If you're ready to build a hands-on career with strong earning potential and growth opportunities, apply now to join our team.
