We are seeking an experienced and skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our growing service team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, service, and repair a wide variety of appliances while maintaining high standards of customer service and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities Perform on-site and off-site diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services for appliances, including walk-in coolers, refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, and ovens. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and sealed system issues accurately and safely. Maintain clear communication with customers regarding repair options, costs, and maintenance advice. Manage service van inventory, tools, and documentation of completed jobs. Assist with building maintenance and servicing equipment located within our facility. Assist in managing crews on commercial projects. Follow all safety protocols, environmental standards, and company procedures. Qualifications & Requirements EPA Section 608 Certification (Type I or Universal): Required for handling refrigerants in sealed systems (e.g., standard and flammable refrigerants like R-600a).

Factory Certifications:

Major manufacturer certifications (e.g., GE Appliances, LG, Samsung, Whirlpool) are strongly preferred. Solid experience troubleshooting and repairing major appliances. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent customer service skills. Ability to lift heavy appliance equipment and maneuver in safely. Preferred Experience with computers, consumer electronics, appliances, TVs and commercial equipment. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
