We are a small business that works hard to serve Mooresville and surrounding areas with repairs to top appliances , we are family-owned and operated, committed to providing the best service to our customers. We are looking for one repair technician, We Value Good ethics Teamwork Dependability Accountability Open communication Problem solving What You Will Do Diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances and brands Refrigerators Dishwashers Ranges Washers and dryers Microwaves Evaluate technical issues and conduct necessary repairs Deliver, install, and haul away appliances on occasion Conduct in-home appliance repairs Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through service Record all activities to related repairs and other activities Open to expand knowledge in repair industry Maintain safe, clean and organized work van
The Right Person For This Position Would Be:
Dependable and responsible Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience diagnosing and repairing major appliances Experience with sealed systems including refrigeration systems in refrigerators and freezers Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work a flexible schedule Ability to de-escalate situations and rebuild customer confidence in our products Open minded to feedback Qualifications Ability/experience diagnosing and repairing major appliances Computer skills Have and able to maintain valid Driver's License Reliable transportation Provide 3 professional references with resume submission Physical ability to perform tasks including, but not limited to: Ability to handle parts/equipment in various weather condition Ability to use often powered hand tools and vibratory tools We are always considering applications for our Appliance Repair Technician position.
