FULL TIME IN-HOME APPLIANCE SERVICE TECHNICIANS

IN-HOME SERVICE

for our

CUSTOMERS

serving the following locations in:

NEW YORK

The In-Home Appliance Technician position includes, but is not limited to: Traveling to a customer's home to diagnose and repair a full line of appliances with the use of a Company van, iPad, uniforms, any necessary parts and all the specialty tools necessary to complete the repairs needed. Providing superior customer service while working in the customer's home and upholding the P.C. Richard & Son 110+ year reputation of "Honesty, Integrity and Reliability." The ideal candidate must be motivated to create a good service experience for our customers and to build customer loyalty for future business. Must have good driving record Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills Must have own hand tools Experience preferred, but will train qualified candidates CFC Certified a Plus Compensation Trainees start at $20.00 per hour . Experienced appliance service technicians start at $25.00 - $35.00 per hour , based on experience, skill level, certifications, and qualifications. Overtime may be available but is not guaranteed. Total annual earnings may vary based on hourly rate, overtime availability, the employee's willingness to work overtime when offered, productivity, and overall performance. Experienced technicians may have the opportunity to earn $80,000 - $100,000+ per year .
