Position Appliance Service Technician (Nashville, TN) Location USA, Nashville, TN How You'll Create Possibilities As a Bodewell Appliance Care Technician, your responsibilities will include: Diagnosing and completing in-home repairs on GE Appliances' major appliances Using sound judgment to recommend repair vs replacement based on cost-effectiveness and customer needs, prioritizing repairs whenever practical. Promoting and selling service contracts, water filters, and related products/appliances as appropriate, always focusing on value-driven solutions and the best customer experience Operating an assigned Bodewell service van to customer locations Accurately documenting repairs, routes, and work activities Participating in training sessions, meetings, and events to maintain industry expertise Managing inventory and maintenance of your service vehicle Delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong customer satisfaction Following all safety protocols to protect yourself and others What You'll Bring to
