More Than a Fix Appliance Repair , one of Orange County's fastest-growing appliance repair companies, is looking for a highly experienced Senior Appliance Repair Technician who is interested in relocating from the Nashville area to Orange County, California . This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an experienced technician who can confidently diagnose and repair high-end residential appliances, refrigeration and sealed systems , along with more complex appliance problems. We are specifically advertising in Nashville because we are open to finding the right technician outside California. What You'll Be Working On Our technicians work on a wide range of residential and commercial appliances, including: High-end refrigeration Built-in refrigerators Sealed systems Refrigerators and freezers Ice machines Washers and dryers Ovens and ranges Dishwashers Commercial refrigeration and appliances High-end brands include: Sub-Zero, Thermador, Viking, Monogram, Dacor, Fisher & Paykel, Gaggenau, and other premium appliance brands. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential and commercial appliances Perform advanced refrigeration and sealed-system diagnostics and repairs Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-system problems Read and understand wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation Accurately identify failed components and recommend appropriate repairs Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship Communicate professionally with customers and clearly explain diagnoses and repair recommendations Maintain accurate service records, photos, and job documentation Work independently while communicating effectively with our office and technical team Who We're Looking For We are looking for a career appliance technician with substantial professional field experience , not someone just getting started in the trade.

Required:

5+ years of professional appliance repair experience preferred Strong refrigeration and sealed-system experience Experience diagnosing high-end appliances Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to diagnose difficult problems independently Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals Professional customer-service and communication skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability and willingness to relocate to

Orange County, California Strongly Preferred:

EPA Certification Commercial refrigeration experience Extensive experience with Sub-Zero and other high-end refrigeration Experience with built-in refrigeration and ice machines Advanced electrical diagnostic experience

Full-Time Earning Potential:

$1,500-$5,000+ per week , depending on experience, production, and commission.
