In this role, you will be responsible for delivering, installing, and troubleshooting a wide range of household appliances at customer locations. Responsibilities Safely transport appliances to customer sites using company vehicles and equipment Install various appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and ovens according to manufacturer specifications and schematics Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing devices to complete installations accurately Troubleshoot equipment issues related to refrigeration, and gas ranges. Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and adjustments to ensure optimal appliance performance Provide excellent customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction during the installation process Document all work performed accurately in service reports and logs Experience Proven experience in appliance installation, repair, or maintenance with a strong mechanical aptitude Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems and electrical work is highly desirable Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, electrical testers, and plumbing equipment effectively Knowledge of equipment repair techniques for appliances and related systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Experience working with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) procedures is a plus Must be able to lift at least 100 lbs. of household appliance.
