Provided once trained and running calls independently About the Role Dash Appliance Repair, part of the iRepair family of home-service companies, is looking for a dependable, mechanically minded Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. We are open to applicants with previous appliance-repair experience, but experience is not required . In fact, we are very willing to train the right person from the ground up. We care more about finding someone who is dependable, coachable, good with customers, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn our systems and service standards than finding someone with years of experience doing things another company's way. During training, technicians are paid $17- 20 per hour depending on experience .
Compensation During Training:
$17- 20 per hour, depending on experience
After Training:
Transition to a commission-based compensation structure with greater earning potential Once fully trained and approved to run calls independently: Company service vehicle provided for work use Technician is responsible for fuel Commission-based pay Additional earning opportunities through qualifying HVAC and plumbing referrals Opportunity to grow technical skills and earning potential as experience increases Our goal is to develop technicians who can build a long-term career with the company, not simply fill an entry-level position.Pay:
